As a professional large diameter gear manufacturer based in China, we specialize in custom machining of large diameter spur gears, helical gears and double helical gears, with maximum diameter up to 3.5 meters and maximum module 30. We adopt multiple high-quality raw materials to adapt to different working conditions and customer requirements, including HT250, HT300, QT500, ZG310-570, 45# steel, 40Cr, 20CrMnTi and 38CrMoAl.

Our facility is equipped with a comprehensive fleet of advanced machinery, including hobbing machines, precision grinders, conventional lathes, gear shapers, CNC vertical lathes, and CNC gantry machining centers.

Our Team
Over 15 years of development, our team has grown from a small workshop to a 52-member workforce. The team includes 5 senior managers who are also seasoned mechanical engineers, 3 administrative & support staff, and 22 skilled machine operators with more than 10 years of machining experience. The remaining team members are responsible for equipment assembly, commissioning and related services.
