Tire Unloading Roller Conveyor for Curing Press

The tire unloading roller conveyor is a dedicated conveying system installed at the downstream stage of the tire vulcanization production line. It receives finished tires after demolding by the curing press manipulator, handling automatic transfer, smooth conveying, cooling transition, and line-side transport of high-temperature cured tires. It is the key conveying equipment that connects the vulcanization, quality inspection, and sorting processes into a fully automated workflow.

Engineered for the high-temperature discharge, continuous cyclic production, and heavy-duty tire conveying conditions of tire curing workshops, this equipment effectively resolves common issues such as low manual unloading efficiency, high-temperature burn hazards, tire impact and scratching, and conveyor jamming. Working in tandem with the curing press, it enables fully automatic, uninterrupted cyclic production, significantly raising the automation level and production efficiency of the entire tire vulcanization line. It is suitable for new complete-machine assembly and for upgrading or replacing the conveying module of aging production lines.

Core Material & Manufacturing Process

The roller conveyor features a thickened carbon steel frame structure, integrally welded and stress-relieved through vibratory aging treatment for a stable, deformation-resistant frame with high load capacity. The conveyor rollers are manufactured from precision seamless steel tubes or solid quenched-and-tempered steel, surface-treated with anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and rubber-scuff-prevention coatings for uniform hardness and smooth rotation. Core components — roller bearings, drive chains, and drive motors — are all industrial-grade wear-resistant parts, adapted for long-term heavy-load and high-frequency start/stop operation.

The complete machine undergoes precision leveling calibration and no-load and full-load trial runs, ensuring consistent roller surface levelness and high conveying synchronization. The structure is dust-proof, rubber-accumulation-resistant, and heat-resistant, capable of long-term operation in the hot, dusty, high-load environment of curing workshops.

Key Product Advantages

1. Smooth Conveying for Tire Appearance Protection
The rollers rotate evenly and smoothly with excellent cushioning, effectively preventing deformation, tread scratching, and impact damage to high-temperature finished tires — maximizing the surface quality of the finished product.

2. High-Strength Heavy-Duty Design for Continuous Production
The stable frame structure combined with heavy-duty roller design delivers excellent load-bearing performance, accommodating passenger car tires, truck tires, OTR tires, and other specifications. It supports 24-hour uninterrupted line operation with low failure rate and stable performance.
